KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

On June 14, a national conference was held within the framework of Erasmus+ BOOST Project (Boosting Armenian Universities Internationalization Strategy & Marketing).

The preliminary version of a national strategic plan for internationalization elaborated by the working group of the Project was presented during the meeting, along with its four objectives. With the help of discussions, question and answer sessions, the participants revealed the parts which need to be revised. Representatives of the partner universities included in the Project presented the main objectives, goals and ways of development of their institutional strategy. The participants also referred to the Ministerial Conference of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and the Lisbon Recognition Convention.

The coordinator of the Project is Armenian State Pedagogical University. The Project is funded within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ programme.

The conference was also attended by representatives of the partner universities - Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan, American University of Armenia (AUA), Shirak State University after M. Nalbandyan, Vanadzor State University after H.Toumanyan (VSU), Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia (MoES)
