“A small room, with a big heart” HyeID Office is Open

Today, the Armenian Identity Card (HyeID) non-profit organization opened its office in Yerevan; the Acting Rector of the Pedagogical University, Professor Ashot Khoyetsyan, various representatives of the business sector, cultural figures were invited to the opening ceremony together with other guests.

The organization aims at uniting Armenians of the whole world to express their ideas and positions through networking, communications, polls and referendums both on general issues that may be of interest to Armenians around the world, and on issues of particular interest to Armenian communities in different countries.

The Acting Rector of the Pedagogical University Ashot Khoyetsyan highlighted the significance of opening the Yerevan office of the HyeID; in his opinion, the concept of Armenian identification must spread all around the world.

In addition, Ashot Khoyetsyan noticed that during the 100-year history of the institution, he is now in charge of, it has been engaged in educating younger generations, and in that process the concept of identification has an crucial role, as it was, is, and will be the essential precondition of survival of our nation.

“Uniting the Armenians of all over the world in a common system, and the opening of this office is an important and serious step for us. A few days ago, we had the pleasure to welcome the members of this organisation and establish practical ties which will hopefully, give great outcomes”.

“What is more, the Hye Identification Card ( HyeID) allows to also create business groups, as well as enable the card holders to participate in various charity projects, to receive discounts for Armenian and not only services provided in the whole world and to have tangible savings with paying less for their purchase or service received”, said the member of the organisation, member of the APSU Trade Union Hasmik Sargsyan in her interview to the aspu.am, adding that this was a great opportunity for Armenians to unite, get acquainted with one another, and to jointly implement various pro-Armenian projects and initiatives.  

Last but not least, the APSU Head of the Chair of Music, Associate Professor Ara Gevorgyan was also among the invited guest of the opening event, where he stated that whatever serves for Armenia and Armenian people, will certainly be a success.
