Armenian literary critics: Schoolchildren participate in game-competition

Armenian State Pedagogical University hosted 9th-12th graders of School N2 of Kharberd community later last week.

The visit was organized within an intellectual game-competition initiated by the Young Literary Lovers’ Club of the Student Council of the Faculty of Education Psychology and Sociology.

Divided into two groups, seven pupils answered questions about Armenian literature during the competition entitled "Armenian Literary Critics."

Both teams - “Sevak” and “Victoria” - gave accurate and comprehensive answers thereby checking their knowledge of Armenian literature. In the long run, "Victoria" was named the winner of the competition.

Flora Simonyan, Chair of the Young Literary Lovers’ Club, congratulated the winners and gave them certificates of appreciation. The members of the second group received letters of thanks.

Members of the ASPU Student Council expressed hope that the cooperation will be continued in the future and assured the guests that the Club is ready to organize and hold different events aimed at student-pupil cooperation.

The guests thanked for the hospitality and invited the Young Literature Lovers’ club to their school in Karberd to hold another game-competition there.
