Anush Sargsyan. Head of Education e-Management Unit of Armenian State Pedagogical University, was at Artsakh State University for a five-day working visit.
Considering the risks of COVID-19, Artsakh State University is going to introduce a distance learning system this year. Within the framework of cooperation between the ASPU and Artsakh State University, Anush Sargsyan introduced her colleagues in Artsakh to the “Google Classroom” application, its features, benefits and tools.
During the five-day meetings, the vice-rectors of Artsakh State University, the heads of departments and those responsible for organizing the education process used the skills and features of the new and effective platform in practice.
Anush Sargsyan assured her colleagues that this platform is more applicable especially when students don’t have an opportunity to attend university.
“Google for Education’s Google Classroom app is not only an additional means of communication, but also a part of a coordinated learning process used for discussing specific learning material," Anush Sargsyan said when presenting the experience of the Pedagogical University in that field. She added that she will continue to support Artsakh State University in the introduction of e-Learning and its implementation.
On behalf of the university staff, Rector of Artsakh State University Armen Sargsyan thanked ASPU for the effective implementation of bilateral cooperation programmes, emphasizing Anush Sargsyan's contribution to the training of her Artsakh colleagues.
