The graduation ceremony of Grade 4b of ASPU Primary School N57 was held in the hall of the Faculty of Culture on June 1.
The children had a long and beautiful journey: everything started with the school ‘residents’ witnessing a dispute between the Projector and the Blackboard. The latter decided that people no longer needed him and he had nothing else to do. "Dear blackboard, of course you are very important. I can't even imagine what we are going to do without you. Let's go to the school together to see your compatriots," the children said and headed to the school in a magic bus.
The children first visited the capital of the school – Mayrenashen (Mother Tongue). The guests were welcomed by the ABC Book who showed them the most interesting places in the city. The group then visited in the central street of the city – Barashat (Street of Words), a place visited by all those who want to be literate. They "met" words and syllables, synonyms and antonyms, then they went to Hekiatashat (Street of Fairy Tales), where the heroes of fairy tales were already waiting for them.
During the journey, the children also visited the endless city of Tvabania (Numbers), met the honorary citizen of the city - Magician, symbols and signs, then strolled along the unusual street of Meghedella (Melody) in the city of Erazhshtafonia (Musicphony).
“I'm grateful to each and every one of you. Thanks to you, I realized that everyone has their role and importance in our city, that we help and complement each other. Your journey would be incomplete and uninteresting without me," the Blackboard said wrapping up the journey in an atmosphere of solidarity.
The children thanked their class teacher Mariam Yenokyan for taking on the extremely responsible and honorable task of educating the young generation, and vowed to uphold the noble title of a teacher.
"Thank you all for making me a part of your 4-year fairytale journey. I am the happiest teacher to have students like you," Mariam Yenokyan said and thanked her colleagues for helping her overcome all difficulties, rejoicing at achievements, sharing success, and finally for the support rendered.
"An unprecedented and unique event, full of dedication," School Principal Naira Toghanyan said summarizing the event. She said it was symbolic that the event coincided with the celebrations of the International Day for Protection of Children.
She is sure that the children’s success and achievements will continue in the basic school as well. Naira Toghanyan added that they are ready to help the children in the future as well, arming them with the necessary knowledge.
"I love the literate and bright Mayrenashen, Barashat - full of scholars, endless Tvabania with its own rules, and Meghedella with its loud songs," the children said in conclusion.
