On November 29, a regular informative meeting was held as part of the Erasmus+ Information Days 2023 events.
The event was aimed at introducing the Erasmus Mundus Actions and was attended by representatives of the participating educational institutions, including representatives of the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU).
During the meeting, Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Program in Human Rights and Democratization at Yerevan State University, Expert on Higher Education Reforms Kristine Gevorgyan presented the terms and conditions for applying for the Erasmus Mundus Projects sub-action, the structure of the consortium, the procedure for funding, the criteria for selection of projects and other details.
The participants also had the opportunity to get acquainted with the structure and details of the “Developing Joint Master’s Degree Programme in European Studies: Law, Governance and Communication” (DEGES), the composition of partners, the characteristics of development of similar projects and more.
As a matter of fact, DEGES is still the first and only project in Armenia that is funded within the scope of the Erasmus Mundus Actions.
Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building Program, the Armenian State Pedagogical University is engaged in 3 projects, including “KPI4HE”, “DESIRE” and “T4GREEN” (the University is Program Coordinator for “T4GREEN”).
