Job offers for students

A meeting with representatives of FNET, a leading cable TV and internet provider in Armenia, was organized for students of the Faculty of Philology within the framework of the university-employer cooperation.

Rita Gevorgyan, Head of the University–Employer Cooperation Centre, advised the students to follow the meetings with employers organized by the Centre and be informed about the job vacancies in their companies. She stressed that sometimes the job requirements are not an exact match for the students’ specialties and skills, but the combination of work and study will help students acquire a range of skills and abilities. Rita Gevorgyan emphasized the close cooperation between the Centre and students and assured everyone that the Centre is ready to support students in each and every issue starting from creating resumes to collaboration with the employer.

Tigran Mkhitaryan and Napoleon Harutyunytan, both representatives of the FNET Company, presented FNET’s activity and opportunities. They stressed that along with the enlargement, they want to recruit younger workers and replenish their ranks.

They stressed that students can benefit from the Company’s offer and work part-time or on free schedule and earn money parallel to their studies.
The guests assured everyone that intelligent, purposeful and diligent students with a sense of responsibility have a great chance to be hired by the Company which is guided by the slogan: “Organization, employees and subscribers are one family.”
