In 1983 she defended Ph.D thesis with the topic “The peculiarities of the arrangement of the lesson in the preparatory class” and received a scientific degree of candidate of the pedagogical sciences.
In 1999 she defended the DPhil with the topic “The main problem of the developing the education of the mother tongue in the system of the program, the textbook and of the process of the language (elementary classes) and received a scientific degree of doctor of the pedagogical sciences.

• In 1988 in Moscow, by the assignment of the Department of Education, nearby the Embassy of Armenia she founded the Armenian Sunday school “Renaissance” and was leading its activities until 1992.Up to now she is the methodical advisor of the school.
• She was invited abroad to work in:
The Arabian Republic of Syria, Aleppo city ( for 5 times). There she has taught in the “Armenological” four year educational institution, has carried out the training of the teachers, has published textbooks (6 in number) and methodical guidelines for the Armenian kindergartens of the country.
The cities of Teheran and Jugha in Islamic Republic Of Iran (twice). She has taught in the “Armenological” four year educational institution, has carried out the training of the teachers, has published textbooks (3 in number), methodical guidelines for 1 to 3 classes of the Armenian schools of the country.
United Arabic Emirates (Shardza-twice), she has led some lessons of the teachers’ training.
Kuwait (once), she has led some lessons of the teachers’ training.
She has also led training lessons for the teachers of the Armenian schools from Moscow, Sochi, Georgia and Abkhazia.

• The psycho-pedagogical peculiarities of the junior pupils’ educational process.
• The main problems of the teaching of the mother tongue in the 1 to 4 classes of the secondary school.
• The main problems of the Armenian way education and upbringing of the Armenian pupils who live in a foreign environment.
Participation in the international symposiums
She has taken part in more than fifteen international symposiums: Armenia, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Kiev, Tbilisi, Baku, Belgrade, Budapest, Damascus, Teheran.
Scientific activity
She is the author of more than 40 school textbooks (15 of which in Diaspora), university textbooks, monographs and more than 250 articles, 35 of which abroad.
The languages of the articles are Armenian, Russian and English.
