Today, the Pedagogical University welcomed the teachers and the third –year pupils of the secondary school N57 after Vahan Totovents. The guests were the main heroes of the

event headed “Meeting Abovyan” organized by the third-year students of the Faculty of Primary Education Department of Pedagogy and Methodology /elementary education/.
Information about the biography, the activities and the creations of the Great Enlightener – from the very beginning the young visitors were noted for their abundant knowledge about the writer. Further to the tour in the University museum and meeting the 3D image of the writer ,the presentation of the fable “Hatsaker peshe” from the collection “Leisure Entertainment” followed next.
In their turn the pupils of the Secondary School N57 after Vahan Totovents learned by heart the writer’s precept to praise a person not for his wearing but for his inner-world and knowledge.
To conclude the performance, the pupils summarized their knowledge in a quiz game with the help of the interns Seda Saghatelyan and Arevik Amirshatyan.
The Headmistress of the School Ms. Sussanna Khachatryan highly appraised the activities of the teaching-professorial team of the Faculty of Primary Education, the students as well as the museum staff for making the class more meaningful and substantial; she also xpressed her hope that the Great Enlightener’s life and activities will be accompanying the students’ lives.
