Professor Georg Brutian, renowned Armenian philosopher, professor of Philosophy and Logic, member of Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, President of the International Academy for Philosophy, founder President of the Armenian Philosophical Academy, life member of the World Literary Academy (Great Britain), and member of dozens of other academies, celebrates his 86th anniversary on March 26.
Being the Founder and President of Yerevan School of Argumentation, Georg Brutian heads the International Scientific Institute of Metaphilosophy, Transformational Logic and the Argumentation Theory at the Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan.
The renowned professor is the author of about 70 monographs, 200 articles, linguistic works and transformation logic.
