KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Nona Khachatryan, an MA student of the Faculty of Special and Inclusive Education of Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU), has been named Best Student of the year during the annual “Best Student” competition held in the University’s Aghavnadzor-based educational center. The competition is organized by the ASPU Student Council.

Paruyr Galstyan, President of the Student Council, says in the first stage each of the ten faculties of the University selected its best student. He says this format of the competition is becoming more popular every year, attracting more participants.

Paruyr Galstyan added that the winners of this year’s competition will spend their vacation abroad as an incentive.

Marianna Harutyunyan, ASPU Vice-Rector for HR Management and International Cooperation, congratulated the best students [of the University] and gave them with certificates. She highly appreciated the students' achievements and wished them success and achievements.

The best students are confident that knowledge is the cornerstone of progress and development. It is a weapon with which they can overcome life's difficulties, achieve great goals, and build a sustainable future.
