1998-2011 Head of the Engineering Department and Rescue Service Emergency Situations Ministry, and then Head of the Department of preparation and coordination of rescue forces,
1993-1998 service in the Armenian army, the chief of department of operation and maintenance,
1980-1993 Head Training Facility Management Fire Protection Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Armenian SSR, then senior inspector of the department of civil defense, then head of the department of agitation and propaganda.
