ASPU, NCFU representatives discuss issues of cooperation

On March 27, Albert Kumukov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at the North-Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) in Stavropol, Russia, and Mikhail Vozhdaev, Adviser at the Embassy of the Russian Federation (RF) in Armenia and a representative of the RF Ministry of Education and Science, paid a working visit to the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU).

During the meeting with Mariam Ispiryan, Vice-Rector for Science at ASPU, the parties discussed the joint implementation of events in the field of youth policy and educational tourism. In particular, they focused on the process of the “Caucasus–Caspian Gulf–Middle East” international scientific and educational forum organized in Armenian within the framework of the “Student Tourism: International School” program, as well as the organization of a joint thematic international exhibition of student works dedicated to Victory Day.

The possibilities for implementing joint educational programs and publications as well as prospects for organizing scientific and methodological seminars and conferences were also discussed during the meeting.

Let us add that in 2022 a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two universities in question. Within the framework of the document, mutually beneficial partnership has started in a number of areas.
