Admission
Since 2004, Khachatur Abovian Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) has implemented a three-level education system consisting of bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs. The university offers both full-time and part-time admission to a number of of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
Admission to bachelor’s programs is regulated by the Government of Armenia’s official decree. Applicants are allowed to compete for only one specialization. Entrance exams are organized and supervised by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (MoESCS) of Armenia.
ASPU offers 45 full-time and 10 part-time master’s programs, with admissions regulated by the Ministry of Education’s directives.
Students make tuition payments online through the university’s registration system according to the established payment procedures.

- Admissions and applicants
Applicants can apply through the online admission system or in person at the admission committee. Application deadlines and procedures are published on the official website.
The list of entrance exams for each specialty is published in the “Applicants” section under the “Specialties” subsection.

Regulatory Document:
Admission is regulated by the "Procedure for Admission to State and Non-State Higher Education Institutions" approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
Participation:
Applicants can participate in the competition for only one specialization at one university.
Exams:
➜ organized by a committee appointed by the Rector of ASPU, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MoESCS) of RA.
➜ comply with both unified state and internal university examination standards.
For the Bachelor degree:
➜ 1,500 AMD per exam (to be paid to Assessment and Testing Center Account: 900018003401).
➜ 1,500 AMD for internal university exams (to be paid to ASPU Ameriabank Account: 1570027790960100).
➜ Payment receipts must be uploaded to dimord.am.
➜ Applicants must pay 3,000 AMD (ASPU Ameriabank Account: 1570027790960100).

Bachelor's degree ➜36 educational programs - on-site learning, 35 educational programs - distance learning․
Master's degree ➜ 45 programs: full-time, 10 programs: part-time.
Duration of study: 2 years of full-time study and 120 credits.
