Main Provisions for Admission to Bachelor’s Degree Programs and Educational Process at ASPU
Step 1. Familiarization with regulatory documents and rules

➜ Full-time courses:
Admission is carried out in accordance with the "Regulations for Admission to RA State and Non-State Higher Educational Institutions (under Bachelor's educational program)" approved by the RA Government
➜ Distance learning courses: Admission is carried out in accordance with admission requirements for distance learning bachelor's programs approved by the RA Government
➜ It is also important to study " Bachelor's study programs and Regulations"
Step 2. Choose a specialty and mode of study

➜ Choose a specialty according to your preferences and needs, choose a specialty and specialization, as well as the mode of study: full-time or distance learning.
➜ Bachelor’s degree courses are available in the ten faculties of the University.

Step 3. Introduction to the list of exams, number of seats and fees
It is necessary to study the lists of entrance exams, seats and tuition fees for the given academic year.

Step 4. Entrance exams
Applications for admission to Bachelor's degree programs are submitted in the following way:
➜Pursuant to Point 15 of the Admission Procedure, application forms and speciality registration for a Bachelor’s program must be submitted to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia online through the website www.dimord.am, from April 15 to May 10 (until 18:00) of the current year through the website www.dimord.am
➜ Pursuant to Point 16 of the Admission Procedure, application forms are submitted to Entrance exams from June 26 to 1 July (until 17:00)
➜ Applicants who received a positive score during the entrance exam after publication of the results, but were left out of the main competition, can participate in the additional stage competition if there are vacancies (Point 17 of the admission procedure).
To participate in the additional round of the competition, applicants must submit a new application electronically (online) through www.dimord.am, indicating up to six specialties (at one or more universities). The dates become clear in the days leading up to the exams of the current academic year.
Applicants admitted through the main round of the competition cannot participate in the additional round.
➜ Applicants for a distance learning Bachelor’s program must fill out an application form on www.dimord.am from September 5 to September 25 (until 18:00). The application form and other documents submitted are not subject to change after the deadline for filling out the application. Also, no additional document is accepted after the deadline. To fill out an application form, the applicant applies to the Admissions Committee of the given university, the secretary registers the applicant’s data, checks the availability of a receipt confirming the transfer of the required amount for the exams, and gives a personal number provided by the Assessment and Testing Center (ATC).
Step 5. Formalization of admission and contract signing process
After passing the exams and receiving the admission order, the applicant (hereinafter the student) must read and sign a student contract (full-time or distance learning).
Step 6. University students have the right to
participate in the formation of content of education in accordance with the courses and specialization s/he selected preserving the requirements of the education criteria of the curriculum of the academic department and the higher education institution.
At their discretion and according to their preferences, needs and requirements, choose a profession and specialization, mode of study and do scientific research.Suspend or continue studies at any level and in a manner defined by the procedure. Change specialization or transfer to another University by the defined procedure.
Credits for a bachelor's degree program may be transferred from other universities are transferable in forms of separate courses, groups of courses, or specific period of study (semester and academic year). The transfer is done on the basis of student's application, by mutual consent of both universities, in compliance with the rules of transfer of ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) credits.
Credits from other educational courses may be transferred to the ASPU courses if their content is similar, or there are contextual differences but the final educational results are equal.
If an ASPU student studies at another university for a specific term (semester, academic year), the course of the given term becomes a subject of a trilateral agreement among the student, ASPU and the admitting university.
Participate in the University’s management process, student activities, research activities, conferences, seminars, competitions, Olympiads, other university and interuniversity events.
Be involved in the governing bodies of the University and its departments.
Receive student loans, scholarships and grants by state, nominal, legal or physical entities, and exercise other rights in the manner and amount prescribed by the RA legislation and University regulations.
Take advantage of the established Nominal Scholarships.
Use the right of partial or full compensation of the tuition fee.Use the right of rotation in case of excellent academic performance

Bachelor’s Degree Defense and Final Certification
