Postgraduate Education at ASPU provides education for scientific staff through PhD, Doctorate and Fellow Applicant programmes․ Postgraduate education is carried out in accordance with the list of academic degrees approved by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia and the Supreme Certifying Committee (SCC).

Opportunities for International Students

✔ Foreign citizens also study at the postgraduate program of ASPU. Postgraduate students use the university's scientific equipment, laboratories, computer equipment, libraries when conducting scientific research, and also have the right to go for study tours and live in a dormitory.
✔ Since 2015, the functions of the University PhD Department have been transferred to the Department of Coordination of Academic Activities of the Research Centre.
✔ During the operation of the Postgraduate Department, more than 1,000 postgraduate students and applicants have defended doctoral and candidate theses.
