Isabel Costa presented a lecture on the topic “Early Intervention for Individuals with Hearing Impairments and Their Families.” She focused on modern methods for diagnosing hearing disorders and the latest achievements in rehabilitation technologies, including hearing aids and cochlear implants.
The speeches were followed by an active professional discussion followed, during which participants had the opportunity to learn about international best practices and innovative approaches in the field through a question-and-answer session.
Let us added that within the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Program, two students from the Faculty of Special and Inclusive Education had the opportunity to study at the University of Aveiro during the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.
