Students of the Faculty of History and Social Sciences of the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) participated in a republican student conference held at Shirak State University (also known as Shirak State University named after Mikael Nalbandian).

Future history educators presented reports that stood out by the relevance of their topics, multifaceted interpretation of historical phenomena, and their strong scholarly foundation.

In their studies the students employed modern approaches to the scientific analysis of historical sources, demonstrating strong research skills, and a high level of professional preparedness and competence. The presented papers received high praise by both the experts and the student attendees of the conference.

The conference papers will be published in a separate collection.

ASPU students’ participation in national conferences at Shirak State University has become a well-established tradition which contributes to the expansion of interuniversity cooperation, strengthening of academic and research ties, exchange of professional experience, and development of the scientific and professional potential of young researchers.
