ERASMUS+ DESIRE “DEVELOPING SOFT SKILLS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN ARMENIA AND GEORGIA TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THE 21ST CENTURY LABOR MARKET”

 

 

DESIRE is a 3-year project aimed at bridging the gap between the supply of educational programs offered by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Armenia (AM) and Georgia (GE) and the demands of the labor market.

 

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

  • Support the modernization of teaching methodologies in HEIs in Armenia and Georgia.

  • Develop and implement 10 soft skills (SS) modules/MOOCs in both formal and non-formal education within bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, to achieve a more advanced level of knowledge and competencies based on soft skills in universities.
