ERASMUS+ PROVE “PROMOTING VALUES-BASED EDUCATION IN THE SOUTH CAUCASUS”   

 

The PROVE project aims to integrate values-based education into higher education systems in the South Caucasus, fostering the development of inclusive, ethical, and responsible societies.

 

Key Features of the Project

  • Borderless Collaboration – Exchange of experience and best practices between universities of the European Union and the South Caucasus countries.

  • Curriculum Development – Integration of values-based education into academic programs to address contemporary social challenges such as diversity, justice, and ethical leadership.

  • Capacity Building – Strengthening institutional capacities to ensure quality education in South Caucasus universities.

  • Sustainable Impact – Ensuring the long-term integration of values-based education in partner universities.

 

The PROVE project contributes to the development of socially responsible and cohesive societies by fostering honesty, social justice, and intercultural understanding through education.

 

Main Objectives of the Project

  1. Integration of Values-Based Education – Develop curricula and methodologies that incorporate universal values, ethics, and social responsibility.

  2. Institutional Capacity Development – Support universities in delivering sustainable and effective values-based education.

  3. Promotion of Regional Cooperation – Strengthen ties between educational institutions in the South Caucasus and the EU to jointly address social challenges.

  4. Enhancing Societal Impact – Equip students and lecturers with tools to become ethical leaders in their communities.

 

Expected Results

  1. New or revised curricula incorporating the principles of values-based education.

  2. Enhanced capacities of teaching staff to deliver values-based education.

  3. Strengthened collaboration and networking among partner universities.

  4. Increased student awareness of ethical and inclusive approaches.

  5. Creation of sustainable mechanisms for implementing values-based education in higher education institutions of the South Caucasus.
