The KPI4HE project (“Establishing a National Framework of Key Performance Indicators for Good Governance and Quality in Inclusive, Digital, and Green Higher Education in Armenia”) aims to improve the governance of the higher education system, university strategic planning and management, and to promote high-quality, inclusive, digital, and green higher education in Armenia. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of a national framework of key performance indicators (KPIs) for higher education, the launch of institutional research and planning services (IRPS), and the revision of national standards for institutional accreditation — the NF-KPI.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

1. Develop a training package on institutional research (IR), based on European best practices, to support higher education governance, university strategic planning, and quality improvement in the context of digitalization and green transition.

2. Create a national framework for higher education KPIs (NF-KPI) and a digital platform based on contextual needs to support the transition to inclusive, digital, and green higher education in Armenia.

3. Conduct staff training in participating institutions, targeting those responsible for strategic planning, information systems management, quality assurance, and educational and administrative governance.
